Terms of Service

Terms of use for the AnyTelematics service. Updated: October 15, 2026

1. General

This agreement governs the use of the AnyTelematics cloud service. By using the service, the user confirms acceptance of these terms.

2. Services provided

The service provides software for:

  • GPS monitoring;
  • transport management;
  • trip analysis;
  • notifications;
  • telematics data storage.

3. Accounts

The user is solely responsible for keeping their credentials safe. Transferring an account to third parties is prohibited.

4. Subscription

Access to the service is subscription-based. The price depends on the number of connected devices. The subscription renews automatically until canceled.

5. Limitation of liability

We make every effort to keep the service highly available. However, we do not guarantee the absence of:

  • temporary maintenance windows;
  • connectivity interruptions;
  • errors caused by third-party services;
  • issues related to the user's internet connection.

6. Prohibited use

  • disrupting the service;
  • attempting unauthorized access;
  • using the service for illegal activities.

7. Intellectual property

All software, design, interface and documentation are the property of AnyCodeStudio.

8. Changes to the terms

We may update this agreement as the service evolves. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the new version of the document.

9. Roles of the parties in data processing

The data the customer enters into the service, and the data arriving from the customer's devices, belong to the customer. The customer determines the purposes and means of processing and acts as the controller — under California law, the business. AnyCodeStudio acts as the processor — under California law, the service provider — and processes this data only as far as is necessary to provide the service under these terms.

In that role we:

  • process customer data only on the customer's instructions and to provide the service — never for our own purposes, including model training, advertising or profiling;
  • do not sell customer data and do not disclose it for advertising;
  • do not disclose it to third parties other than the sub-processors we engage (listed in the data processing addendum) and where the law expressly requires it;
  • apply reasonable technical and organizational security measures;
  • assist the customer in responding to data subject requests and notify the customer of security incidents;
  • delete customer data on termination or on the customer's request.

The full processing terms are set out in the data processing addendum, which forms an integral part of these terms.

10. Employee monitoring is the customer's responsibility

The service may be used to monitor vehicles and equipment operated by the customer's employees. By accepting these terms the customer represents and warrants that:

  • the devices are installed on vehicles the customer owns or lawfully operates;
  • the customer has given every employee and other individual whose movements are recorded all notices, and obtained all consents, required by the law applicable where they work;
  • monitoring is carried out for legitimate business purposes and is not used to observe people outside of work tasks.

Giving those notices is the customer's duty as an employer and we cannot discharge it on their behalf. A ready-to-use notice and a short summary of US state requirements are on the employee monitoring notice page.

Where we have reasonable grounds to believe this clause is being breached, we may suspend the service.
